This role is primarily service-focused, with the opportunity to develop sales skills through needs-based conversations and coverage recommendations. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, engagement, and contribution to overall agency growth.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to new and existing policyholdersCommunicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate policy informationAssist with policy changes, updates, billing questions, and general inquiriesBuild and maintain relationships to support customer retention and referralsIdentify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriateSupport daily office operations including documentation, scheduling, and follow-upParticipate in marketing and outreach efforts to support agency visibilityMaintain accurate records of customer interactionsCollaborate with team members to achieve service and growth objectivesQualificationsStrong customer service and relationship-building skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning and participating in sales conversations. Positive, team-oriented mindset. Prior customer service, business support, or insurance experience preferred.
