Hussey Copper, a Pantheon Electric company, is growing our manufacturing operations in Eminence, Kentucky, and we’re looking for experienced manufacturing leaders to grow with us.

As we prepare to support increased production volumes, we are adding Production Supervisors to our Fabrication operation. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the operation, developing people, solving problems, and creating the conditions for a team to perform at its best.

As a Production Supervisor, you will provide frontline leadership to a manufacturing team while driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with operations leadership and other plant functions to keep production running effectively, address challenges quickly, and build a strong, accountable team culture.

This is more than managing the day-to-day shift. We’re looking for leaders who can develop people, raise performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help position the Eminence operation for continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to employees within the Fabrication operation.
• Create a strong safety culture and ensure employees consistently follow established safety procedures and expectations.
• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.
• Coach, develop, and engage employees while setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable for performance.
• Monitor production performance and proactively address issues that could impact output, quality, or customer commitments.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and plant leadership to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, equipment utilization, and overall operational performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and encourage employees to identify and implement better ways of working.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, work assignments, communication, and shift coverage.
• Reinforce quality standards and ensure products consistently meet customer requirements.
• Support employee training and development to strengthen team capability and build bench strength.
• Communicate priorities, performance expectations, and operational updates effectively across the team.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a visible, engaged leader on the manufacturing floor.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing leader who can balance people leadership with operational execution. The strongest candidates will bring experience supervising employees in a manufacturing, fabrication, metals, industrial production, or similarly complex operating environment.

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to safety and quality, sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to lead teams through changing production demands.

Experience with continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, KPI-driven operations, employee development, and cross-functional problem-solving is highly valued.

Schedule

Selected candidates will initially train on day shift to become familiar with the operation, equipment, processes, team, and Hussey Copper's expectations before transitioning to their assigned night shift.

The regular schedule will consist of 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend off .

Compensation

$70,000–$85,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
