Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Manage and maintain complex diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
• Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal staff, clients, and external partners.
• Organise and coordinate virtual meetings, events, and conference calls.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the company's overall success.
• Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is highly valued; however, ambitious candidates at the start of their career with demonstrable potential are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• The ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in technology, engineering, or manufacturing would be a significant advantage.
