CNC Operator
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Range: $17
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Accurately track production numbers and maintain thorough documentation
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Assist in routine maintenance of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
What's Needed?
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and directions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
