Job Description:
- Review client business architecture and make improvement recommendations in collaboration with business owners
- Review client application architecture and make improvement recommendations in collaboration with technology owners
- Consult with client team to develop recommendations for future state business, application, and enterprise architecture models
- Analyze current state applications technical fit, business fit, and cost factors to define and recommend application disposition status
- Ensure that all architectural solutions align with business objectives and meet quality standards.
- Communicate architecture status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
