Closing Specialist

A growing commercial lending firm is seeking a Closing Specialist to manage loan documentation and support the funding process. Responsibilities Review closing files for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and potential risk. Verify loan agreements, financial statements, tax returns, payoff letters, and identification documents. Conduct UCC searches, clear liens, and manage UCC filings. Generate and manage loan contracts, amendments, and supporting documents. Coordinate closely with Underwriting, Sales, and Accounting throughout closing and funding. Conduct funding calls, business interviews, and bank verifications. Maintain accurate records using Salesforce, DocuSign, Asana, and related systems. Qualifications Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with customer relationship management systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Commercial lending or loan processing experience preferred. Knowledge of business loans, lines of credit, or alternative lending products is a plus.
