We're looking for a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help us maintain our state-of-the-art facilities and ensure operational excellence.

Job Overview

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings and plant utility equipment. This role involves a variety of tasks, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and carpentry work. You'll also be working with HVAC systems, steam boilers, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair plant building components such as doors, windows, and flooring.
• Perform mechanical tasks involving various systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and plant utility equipment.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and soldering equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematics.
• Use SAP CMMS for work orders and documentation.
• Report deficiencies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate forklifts and scissors lifts for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with outside contractors for repairs.
• Be available for occasional weekend work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Ability to pass the Client Technical Aptitude Assessment and background screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Physical ability to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in various conditions.

Preferences

• Experience with SAP CMMS.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and industrial chillers.
