- Board certification is required at the certified level
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days
- Active ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required
- Nearest airport is Avoca for travel convenience
- Lodging available at The Lodge at Keen Lake
