After hire recertification required through American Heart AssociationValid Driver's License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence within 60 days of employmentPediatric Advanced Life Support; American Heart Association or American Red Cross. For employees hired prior to June 1, 2025, required by January 1, 2027. After hire recertification required through American Heart AssociationPhysical DemandsVery Heavy Work:Lifting weight excess of 100 lbs. occasionally, over 50 lbs. frequentlyPay Range: $32.20 to $47.86 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
