Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Chicago, IL

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and patient access in Rheumatology across the Chicago region. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers and specialty partners while executing territory strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance standards
• Utilize data and market intelligence to inform decision-making and optimize performance

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside within assigned Chicago territory

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
