IT Procurement Specialist

Supporting the Technology & Data Solutions team, the full-time IT Procurement Specialist will assist with strategic sourcing, contract administration, and supplier relationship management for IT services, software, and hardware in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Contribute to category strategies and assist with sourcing events and supplier management for IT procurement Analyze spend and supplier proposals to identify cost savings and assist with negotiations for IT goods and services Collaborate with Procurement leadership to enhance processes, reporting, and contract management for IT procurement activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or IT category management Working knowledge of IT procurement categories such as software, hardware, and professional services Familiarity with legal and commercial contracting concepts, including statements of work and compliance requirements Proficiency in analytical tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
