IT Procurement Specialist

Salary: $68,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience in procurement, with a demonstrated interest in or passion for IT
• International sourcing experience
• Experience with accounting and finance processes
• Experience negotiating and reviewing contracts
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
• Proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and/or Q&A tools

• Support stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Facilities, and other functions by understanding their software and hardware needs and providing relevant insights and recommendations
• Identify and assess potential IT vendors, negotiate contracts and pricing, and manage supplier relationships to secure cost-effective, value-adding solutions
• Oversee hardware purchasing and lifecycle management across departments, ensuring compatibility, warranty coverage, and compliance
• Manage supplier performance and drive ongoing improvements aligned with our organizational objectives
• Build collaborative relationships with internal IT stakeholders while coordinating with Finance, Compliance, and Operations to support our procurement objectives and technology initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison for contracting and supplier relationship management, incorporating commercial and compliance considerations into supplier interactions
• Advance vendor consolidation to improve efficiency and compliance in line with our Vendor Management Office vision
• Analyze and report on spending, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs
• Contribute to supplier and contract management, software asset lifecycle management, and the strategic development of our IT Procurement function
