IT Support Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems software and hardware. This position also requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively work with clients to resolve technical issues. Responsibilities Provide technical support for computer systems software and hardware Troubleshoot issues reported by clients and provide timely resolutions Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation Train clients on the proper use of technology and troubleshoot any user errors Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical issues Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCPIP DNS DHCP Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms Experience with remote desktop support tools Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team Salary The salary for this position is $1400 per month Location This job is located in Atlanta Preference This job is open to all candidates but preference will be given to Indian nationals Benefits The selected candidate will receive accommodation provided by the company Visa sponsorship may also be provided if needed Urgency This position is urgent and we are looking for someone who can start immediately #J-18808-Ljbffr
