We are seeking a Senior Applications & Data Analyst who brings technical depth and a collaborative spirit to help us build a more connected, data-informed organization.The RoleWHAT YOU’LL DOThe Part-Time IT Support Specialist provides frontline technical support to Community Foundation staff, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, and general office technology. This role is the first point of contact for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and works closely with the IT Director and other IT staff to maintain a secure, well-functioning technology environment for a small-to-mid-size nonprofit office.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line helpdesk support for hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues via phone, email, and ticketing system.Set up and configure new employee workstations, accounts, and mobile devices; process equipment returns for departing staff.Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Support audio/video and conferencing technology for meetings and events.Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and equipment assignments.Assist with basic user account administration in Active Directory/Microsoft 365 under IT policy guidance.Document recurring issues and resolutions to build out an internal knowledge base.Escalate complex technical issues to the Managing Director of IT or appropriate vendor/support partner.Support basic conference room and office technology troubleshooting during business hours.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRINGAssociate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.1-2 years of experience providing desktop/helpdesk support in an office environment.Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, Microsoft 365, and common office hardware (printers, scanners, video conferencing equipment).Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical issues in plain language.Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 25 lbs) as needed.Demonstrated success in building and maintaining constructive partnerships with colleagues.Commitment to the CFGA mission of equity and shared prosperity for all.PreferredCompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.Experience supporting a nonprofit or small-office environment.Basic familiarity with networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers/network shares).HOW YOU WORKAnalytical & Systems Thinking - Approaches problems with structured curiosity — models data flows, traces root causes, and designs solutions that hold over time.Stakeholder Partnership - Builds trust with finance, program, and grants staff by listening first. Brings a short-list of solutions, not just a problem statement.Mission Alignment - Understands that data accuracy and system reliability directly support CFGA's ability to serve Greater Atlanta communities.HYBRID SCHEDULEThe Community Foundation operates in a hybrid working environment with staff working in-office three days per week and the opportunity to work two days remote per week if in good standing.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSTo be determined based upon experience and qualifications within the anticipated hourly wage range of $30 - $35 per hour.
