Senior Tax Accountant -Family Office

What You’ll Do

• Prepare & review complex federal and multi‑state returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and S corps
• Calculate basis, at‑risk amounts, and passive loss limitations
• Interpret partnership agreements and waterfall allocations
• Review forecasts and assist with quarterly/annual tax calculations
• Research income, gift, and estate tax issues
• ✉️ Respond to federal and state tax notices

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Tax preferred
• 2–4+ years of public accounting experience (individual, trust, partnership, S‑corp)
• Experience with real estate and 1031 transactions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply tax law to real‑world scenarios
• Experience with ProSystem fx and Checkpoint
• Multi‑state filing experience
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and eager to take ownership
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
