Every day, dozens of our best customers walk right past an opportunity and so does everyone else in the building.

They're in our service drive right now. They already own one of our vehicles. They already trust us enough to hand over their keys. And almost nobody talks to them about anything beyond the oil change.

We're creating a brand-new seat to fix that and you'd be the first person in it.

This isn't a typical sales job. There's no cold-calling, no chasing strangers off a lead list, no lot patrol. You already have the hardest part of selling handled for you: a warm, trusting customer standing in your building. Your job is to notice the opportunity and ask a better question than anyone else has bothered to ask.

What you'll actually do:

• Build relationships with our existing customers not new leads, not conquest traffic, our people
• Spot the moment someone's ready for a change: better payment, better rate, or a different vehicle entirely
• Run real conversations, backed by real numbers, with zero pressure
• Buy vehicles straight from customers when that's the right move no new sale required
• Hand off the close to management once interest is real, so you're never stuck negotiating a desk

What makes this worth your time:

• Base salary + uncapped commission, stacked across multiple ways to earn per transaction, per acquisition, per contract sold, plus a bonus tied to how well the whole program performs
• You're building this role, not inheriting someone else's playbook. How it runs in six months is partly up to you
• Real autonomy. This seat runs on judgment, not a script and not a supervisor standing over your shoulder

This seat isn't for everyone and that's the point. We're looking for someone who's already good at this: a senior sales consultant, an F&I background, a BDC lead, or a service advisor who's always been better with people than the job title gave them credit for.
