They assess and analyze patient skills and challenging behaviors, develop treatment plans, supervise implementation, collaborate with and train caregivers, and coach behavioral technicians. Treatment plans address medical necessity across settings such as the CARD center, patient homes, schools, communities, or telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager and hold a salaried, exempt, full‑time position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain treatment plans Ensure that all supervision hours are 100% treatment adherence each month Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to determine function Create functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation Direct behavior technicians in implementing new or revised protocols Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians Work physically within the center to support technicians and observe best practices of direct observation Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust protocols based on data Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 billable hours per month, including supervisory and therapy hours Accurately communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregivers as part of the treatment team through consistent collaboration meetings Interact with payers professionally, thoroughly, and informatively Engage payers for funding meetings (IEP, peer reviews) Stay up to date on best ABA practices to ensure clinical excellence Maintain documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for all Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Partner effectively with other center leadership (Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Coordinator, Technician Leads) Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field (required) Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (required) Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Empathetic and compassionate with strict confidentiality Collaborative, solution‑focused mindset while working with team members Independent problem solver with sound clinical judgment Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent time management and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments Computer proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to use new systems and iPads Motivation to learn and develop skillsets continuously Willingness to work in various locations (center, home, etc.) Willingness to work with diverse patients Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Must pass tuberculosis test Proficiency in English (written and verbal) WORK ENVIRONMENT Treatment may occur in patient homes, CARD centers, schools, communities, or via telehealth. Supervisors work indoors and outdoors, moving between settings throughout the day, and environments may be noisy. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work with patients seated on the floor, in chairs, or various environments Move frequently to gather materials and respond to patient movement or needs Position oneself to participate in and respond to patient behaviors, including bending, kneeling, crouching, hurrying, reaching, or blocking Use visual tracking to monitor patient movement and surrounding items Evade or block aggressive behaviors; occasionally bear weight of leaning or pushing patients Teach vocal speech and model clear speaking; listen and shape patient communication Model gross and fine motor skills as needed (climbing, jumping, clapping, opening containers) Work indoors and outdoors, including varied weather conditions (community skills, recess, etc.) Lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting patients #CARD3 Qualified Applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act. #J-18808-Ljbffr
