Develop advanced skills with project forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and project leadership teams. Work with industry-standard tools and processes, including AIA billing, schedules of values, and change order management. Key Responsibilities: Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial performance reporting. Support percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and maintain related contract documentation. Prepare and submit client billings, progress invoices, AIA payment applications, and supporting documentation. Monitor project margins, underbillings, overbillings, and cash flow performance. Review and process change orders, budget updates, and contract modifications. Manage accounts receivable activities, collections efforts, and payment issue resolution. Qualifications: Experience in project accounting, construction accounting, project billing, or accounts receivable. Knowledge of percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP reporting, forecasting, and revenue recognition. #J-18808-Ljbffr
