Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our clients in the medical facility. This is a three months contract (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Type: Contract

Location: McKinney, TX 75070

Shift: Monday–Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm/ 40 hrs/ week

Pay: $21 to $23/ hr on W2

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Phlebotomist to join our team. This role is focused on performing high-volume blood draws in a clinical setting while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accurate specimen collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (venipuncture) on patients (100% of daily duties)
• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all clinical and safety protocols
• Provide professional and compassionate patient interaction
• Support clinic workflow by maintaining efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of phlebotomy experience
• Phlebotomy Certification (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual (Spanish) – highly preferred
