Falcon Legal Talent is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience for a growing litigation practice in Richmond, Virginia . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for sophisticated litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and strong mentorship within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will work on substantive litigation matters with direct partner mentorship and opportunities to develop hands‑on experience throughout the litigation process. What You'll Do Handle a broad range of litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties Work closely with experienced partners while taking on increasing responsibility for matters Develop practical courtroom and case‑management experience What We're Looking For 2–4 years of litigation experience J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the Virginia Bar , or ability to obtain admission promptly Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively Collaborative approach and interest in continued professional growth Why Consider This Opportunity?
