Travel Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients within the long-term care setting.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments, treatment provided, and progress notes accurately in the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current physical therapist license in the state of Arizona.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care environment (six months preferred).
• Ability to work day shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical settings.
