Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing financial services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with technology and assisting customers with their banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding online banking and account-related questions

• Assist customers with account transfers and banking transactions

• Support password resets and online account access issues

• Provide guidance on mobile and online banking services

• Deliver exceptional customer service while accurately documenting interactions

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and navigate multiple computer systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)

• Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Comfortable using mobile banking and online applications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

This position is located in a professional call center environment within a corporate office setting. Team members provide customer support through high-volume inbound calls while utilizing multiple systems to assist customers efficiently and accurately.

This is a Contract position based out of Daleville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
