Kada Recruiting is partnering with an ad agency that has had double digit growth nearly every year over the past 10 years and continues to blossom into a leading agency for pharma clients across the US. They are in a great position of being large enough to have great resources and a variety of clients, but not so big to be too corporate and rigid in their possibilities. They are recruiting for a talented Associate Creative Director. In the ACD role, you would manage a small team to work on pharma clients to both strategize and create great work. Having an eye toward digital and an understanding of print will lead you to success. You'll be leading a team of talented Art Directors. Working in a team environment, you'll be managing people, doing hands-on work, and involving yourself in new business pitches. As a smaller agency, you'll be more hands on with some of the work (some design work, quick changes etc.), but also will have more say in the strategy and independence within your area of expertise.

Requirements: Pharma expertise – you're up on the latest trends in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical education, patient industries. You understand the nuances of advertising for pharmaceuticals. Digital expertise – you have done print, know your way around the Adobe Suite, but you've really gotten into the digital work most recently. You know the importance of the UX/UI team and have experience on web, video and other digital projects. Management experience – you've managed a team of people and love doing it. Client-facing experience – you're great in front of clients, really understanding their needs, being able to inspire and motivate the team to deliver.
