About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP and U.S. Brand Lead for a key role in the Neuroscience organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the U.S. performance of a specific product in the treatment of Schizophrenia and, if approved, in Bipolar Disease. This leadership position demands a dynamic, performance-driven individual with a proven track record in commercial leadership, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves developing and executing the U.S. commercial strategy, ensuring strong matrix collaboration across various functions, and full P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 10 years in marketing, and a strong background in healthcare practitioner marketing. Neuroscience experience and U.S. launch experience are strongly preferred. Applicants for the VP and U.S. Brand Lead position at the company should hold an MBA or other advanced degree, with a preference for those with a background in neuroscience. The role requires a leader with strong strategic planning and execution skills, the ability to lead a diverse team, and a proven track record of driving commercial success. The candidate must be adept at managing customer relationships, navigating ambiguity, and operating under pressure in a competitive market.
