This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.In the role of Structural Team Lead, we'll count on you to: Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sectionsBe involved in marketing planning, proposals, and interviewsBe directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issuesAssist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through proactive project management systemImplement, monitor, and support company policyAssist in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnelWork cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production effortsPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering with structural emphasisExperience with Data Centers and Water Treatment Facilities.#LI-MV3QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 7 years experience Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role Strong communication and listening skills Ability to handle multiple assignments Good leadership and organizational skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We BelieveHDR is our company.
