About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Participate in care conferences and family meetings to ensure open communication
Requirements
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
• Associate's degree or higher in nursing preferred
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred
