???? Hourly Wage: $19.65 base + $4-$7/hour incentive pay after training

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform daily clean-up and housekeeping tasks

✅ Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and bobcats

✅ Conduct routine maintenance (lubrication, inspections)

✅ Move and manage raw materials and finished products

✅ Follow detailed safety protocols and SOPs

✅ Train and support new team members

✅ Take on various tasks as assigned by leadership

Job Requirements:

???? Must be able to:

• Climb stairs/ladders, work at heights, and in confined spaces

• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Perform repetitive motion and physical tasks

• Work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise, humidity)

???? Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work swing shifts, weekends, and overtime

• Strong situational awareness and safety focus

• Ability to follow instructions with precision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a steel mill, factory, or industrial setting
• Forklift or heavy machinery operation
• Solid teamwork skills and mechanical aptitude
