What You'll Do

• Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Follow up with qualified leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive, experienced team focused on achieving results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience required (insurance sales preferred but not required).
• Current Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain licensing within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $30/hour, based on experience
