Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,504 per week

Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for an assignment in Saluda, Virginia. The assignment begins on 05/18/2026 and lasts for 13 weeks , with 40 hours per week and 8‑hour shifts (5x8 evenings). The position is a travel assignment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Virginia. Current BLS/CPR certification from the AHA or ARC. Home health experience preferred. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency‑required liability insurance. Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer navigation, including email and online training platforms. 2–3 years of physical therapy clinical experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Shift Name: Evenings Shift Pattern: 5x8 evening shifts Job Type: Travel assignment Clinical Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations. Provide therapeutic services per physician orders. Supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned.
