The Test Proctor's main function is to supervise students during testing, maintain test integrity and an environment conducive to testing, maintain tests for faculty drop off and pick up and lastly to be proctor trained in NHS, TEAS and CLEP testing.

- Prepare computer labs for testing which includes sanitizing workstations, furnishing labs with stationery and ensuring computers and testing software are working properly before testing.
- Checking in students with their college or Government issued identification.
- Maintain a distraction-free testing environment.
- Provide information about testing policies and procedures to students.
- Supervise students during testing to maintain test integrity.
- Maintain test documents in the file cabinet for faculty drop off and pick up
Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Relevant work experience
- Understanding of confidentiality regarding student records.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience working with student information systems (e.g., Banner).
- Familiarity with the community college mission, environment, and student population.
- $37.74 hourly
