Responsabilidades Principales
- Manejo de Materiales : Supervisar los procesos de compra, recepción, clasificación, control de calidad y almacenamiento de una amplia gama de metales (como aluminio, cobre, acero inoxidable, entre otros), garantizando los estándares requeridos
- Gestión de Equipos: Liderar, capacitar y coordinar al personal operativo en patio o almacén, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo seguro y eficiente
- Logística Terrestre: Planificar, coordinar y optimizar las operaciones de transporte terrestre, rutas de entrega, carga/descarga y despacho de mercancía hacia puertos, centros de acopio y clientes
- Supervisión de Inventarios y Seguridad: Mantener registros precisos de entradas y salidas de material y asegurar el estricto cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad
Requisitos y Perfil del Candidato
- Residencia: El Doral, Florida o zonas aledañas (área de Miami Dade)
- Experiencia: Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo operativo, supervisión de almacén, patios de materiales o logística (idealmente en el sector de metales, reciclaje o chatarra/scrap)
- Conocimientos Clave:
* Identificación y manejo de materiales ferrosos y no ferrosos
* Coordinación de fletes y logística de transporte terrestre local/regional
* Operación y supervisión de montacargas y maquinaria de patio
- Habilidades: Liderazgo de equipos, resolución de problemas bajo presión, orientación a resultados y excelente comunicación
