Compensation: $75-80K Key Responsibilities
Compensation: $75-80K Key Responsibilities
- Support Paycom and the LMS, including building a training library and developing a more robust training process.
- Help simplify HR processes for managers by automating documents and procedures.
- Support payroll scheduling automation, including PTO-related scheduling processes.
- Provide general HR support, including wellness initiatives, call-offs, entry-level Leave of Absence and Workers' Compensation activities, and employee questions.
- Walk the production floor twice daily to build relationships with employees and stay connected to employee needs.
- Support employees across two shifts: 5:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
- Serve as an HRIS systems expert, with approximately 30% of the role focused on HR technology.
- Ability to read and understand business documents, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to write reports, correspondence, and policies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and answer questions from managers and employees.
- Ability to perform basic math, including percentages and calculations.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills in routine situations.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
