Great for candidates who are:Detail-orientedTechnically curiousComfortable with travel and structured workKey ResponsibilitiesOperate onboard data collection equipment to capture mapping, imaging, or survey data (training provided)Follow detailed, step-by-step procedures to ensure data is collected accurately and consistentlyMonitor equipment and software systems in real time, identifying and communicating any issues or irregularitiesPerform pre-flight setup and system checks to confirm all equipment is functioning properly before takeoffConduct post-flight tasks including powering down systems, securing equipment, and preparing data for transferReview and organize collected data files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper labeling for internal teams and clientsMaintain clear and accurate records of flight activities, data collection logs, and any issues encounteredAssist with basic troubleshooting, calibration, and routine maintenance of onboard equipmentFollow all safety procedures and operational guidelines while working in and around aircraftSupport continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes, equipment, and workflow efficiencyNot a pilot role.
