Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Position Summary Our client, a logistics and freight brokerage company, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers, carriers, and internal operations teams. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and text. Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers. Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments. Address customer concerns and resolve service issues quickly and professionally. Assist with obtaining proof of delivery, managing carrier communication, and handling documentation requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and business partners. Support general administrative and customer service functions as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, logistics, transportation, or related experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
