Regional Sales Director – Sac/Marin Region Territory: Corte Madera, Davis, East Sacramento (Arden Pavilions), Elk Grove, Folsom, Novato, Roseville, Sacramento - Fair Oaks, Sacramento - Midtown (Sacramento), Santa Rosa Marketplace Compensation: $120,000-$170,000 Total Compensation Why LaserAway? You’ll partner closely with Location Directors, Sales teams, Clinicians, HR, Operations, and Finance to drive revenue growth while maintaining brand excellence and operational discipline. This is a field-forward role — you’ll spend meaningful time in clinics, coaching leaders, troubleshooting performance gaps, and stepping in when needed. What You’ll Do Lead and develop Location Directors, ensuring every clinic has strong, accountable leadership Partner with HR & Recruiting to hire, onboard, and retain top sales and clinical talent Align staffing, schedules, and labor utilization to patient demand and business goals Own regional sales performance, including: YOY and same-store sales growth Conversion rates, average ticket, and treatment mix New vs. returning patient trends Use DOMO and KPI dashboards to set goals, identify risks, and drive execution Collaborate with Operations & Finance on labor costs, overtime, inventory, and 4-wall profitability Coach teams on LaserAway’s consultative sales process and SOPs Maintain brand standards, customer experience scores, and online reputation (Google, Yelp, NPS) Step in as acting Location Director when needed Host weekly leadership calls and provide ongoing training and performance feedback Support succession planning to fuel long-term growth Maintain availability for evenings and weekends as required (business operates 7 days/week) What You Bring Experience & Background 5+ years leading multiple locations in a sales-driven environment Strong background in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service Proven success driving KPIs, managing labor, and improving profitability Experience coaching leaders and scaling teams Skills & Strengths Data-driven, metrics-focused decision maker Confident communicator and motivating leader Comfortable being hands-on and leading by example Strong business acumen with operational discipline Tech-savvy (Google Suite, CRM, analytics tools) Education High School Diploma required Bachelor’s Degree preferred Why You’ll Love This Role Real influence: You shape results across an entire region Visible impact: Your leadership directly drives growth and performance Growth runway: LaserAway continues to expand — and leaders grow with it Rewarding compensation: Strong base, uncapped upside, and meaningful benefits Industry leadership: Work with best-in-class teams and technology Ready to lead the future of aesthetic medicine?
