Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Overview Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr This position supports Sam’s Club operations by stocking freezer, cooler, and deli areas and delivering good customer service. It involves maintaining sanitation, product quality, and proper presentation of merchandise in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, as well as assisting Members with their needs. Responsibilities Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety checks, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, including handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, and completing required documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues. Follow company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment sanitation, cold chain procedures, and equipment maintenance; monitor area conditions and report issues. Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; ensure shelves are clean, temperature-controlled, and that expiration dates are verified and managed appropriately. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. You may be required to successfully complete trainings and assessments during the hiring process. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be paid in addition to base pay in specific circumstances.
