Key Personnel is seeking a Client Success Account Manager for a software and technology company in the Tulsa, OK area.
Client Success Account Manager Pay: $17/hr
Client Success Account Manager Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Client Success Account Manager Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Support client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product adoption
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support for CRM and ancillary software platforms
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to communicate client feedback and recommend product enhancements
• Conduct quality control reviews and audits of client accounts to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Test software integrations and troubleshoot workflow or system issues with third-party applications
• Review and explain client reports, helping clients effectively utilize system data and reporting tools
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, follow-ups, and account activity within company systems
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, and other virtual communication platforms
• Assist with administrative support tasks and additional projects as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer success and operational processes
Client Success Account Manager Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using computers and software in a professional or educational environment
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in data entry, internet research, and basic computer operations
• Ability to type at least 65 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to troubleshoot software and technical issues effectively
• Experience working with CRM systems, software platforms, or customer support environments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain professionalism in client interactions
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
• In-office work environment with regular collaboration across departments
• Standard office setting with typical lighting, temperature, and noise levels
• Frequent computer, keyboard, and phone usage throughout the workday
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines or deployments
• Minimal travel may be required on an infrequent basis
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
• Frequent repetitive hand and wrist movements for typing and mouse usage
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written communication
• Ability to move throughout the office environment, including occasional standing and walking
