Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Corporate Transactions Senior Associate to join its team in either Atlanta or Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters within a well‑established and growing corporate practice. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience handling a range of corporate transactions, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. This role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on complex, high‑profile deals.
