Jewelry Sales Consultant

Our Jewelry Consultants offer a wonderful experience for customers. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will help customers through the buying process using different platforms: in‑person meetings, virtual appointments, phone calls, or live chat! You will help customers find their perfect jewelry from our luxury collection. By meeting and exceeding sales goals in a busy environment, this team creates special moments and shares in the joy of our customers' lives. Want to know what a typical day is like? The best candidate for this job can work full‑time and is available on weekends. This position is in‑person at our Palo Alto, CA showroom. Job Duties Use your sales skills and product knowledge to help customers make buying decisions, creating a memorable and personalized experience for each person. Handle a lot of incoming sales requests through email, live chat, and phone calls to meet your sales goals while providing a luxury experience fitting for our high‑quality products. Welcome and assist customers when they arrive, making their experience special and personal. Follow up with customers after their purchase to help with pick‑ups, exchanges, resizing, and any other questions they may have. Call customers to confirm their appointments and answer any questions they have before their visit. Look at customer feedback and online reviews, and work with your leaders to improve the customer experience and your sales performance. Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone in the showroom and keep products secure. Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area. Use our ERP system to manage your tasks and communicate with others. Be a brand supporter, sharing our mission to create a more sustainable and compassionate jewelry industry.
