FOH Restaurant Manager - Part-Time (Grapevine)

Restaurant Manager Location: Grapevine, TX Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours/week Reports to: General Manager About Us We're a restaurant known for great food, great cocktails and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to help keep our front-of-house running smoothly and support our team in delivering a great guest experience. About the Role We're seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong front-of-house experience to oversee daily operations, support our service staff, and help maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership in a close-knit environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee front-of-house operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring smooth, efficient, and outstanding service Supervise, train, coach, and support servers, hosts, and other FOH staff Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage Monitor dining room flow, table turns, and service quality Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards Support opening/closing procedures and cash handling as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate service timing and ensure food quality Step in on the floor as needed (seating, expediting, serving, resolving issues) Qualifications Passion for hospitality and great food Prior experience in restaurant management or front-of-house leadership Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends as needed What We Offer A supportive, family-oriented work environment Bohemian Bull provides a unique "made from scratch" menu served in an entertaining and enjoyable atmosphere.
