Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes. Provide communication, confidence and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities. Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability and serve as a resource to the patient care team. Hold accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and for promoting a positive image of nursing. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program. Minimum of six (6) months clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse. One (1) year of critical‑care experience as a licensed Registered Nurse preferred. Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi‑State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of hire).
