In this role, you will help customers and sales representatives troubleshoot Husqvarna Construction products, document every interaction, and connect field insights with the teams that improve our products and service.What We OfferCompetitive payBenefits at date of hire (medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with matching and no vesting)Employee discounts on Husqvarna productsEducation assistance, paid parental leave, and opportunities to advancePTO: paid holidays, vacation, and sick timeWhat You'll DoAnswer incoming technical calls from internal and external customers.Troubleshoot product issues and provide clear, practical guidance.Support and advise Service Technicians on Husqvarna Construction product repairs.Assist with product training and complete repairs as needed.Partner with Product Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing/Quality Control, and Research & Development on field issues.Contribute to warranty policies, procedures, technical bulletins, and biweekly team meetings.Administer or provide backup support for IPL maintenance.Keep the Details MovingDocument calls and technical issues in the CRM.Enter RGA, sales order, and parts orders in AS400.Update individual KPIs and objectives quarterly and annually.What You BringAt least five years' mechanical or technical experience.Solid product knowledge and mechanical or technical ability.Ability to read electrical schematics and illustrated parts lists.Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, Word, AS400, and Customer Focused Sales.A detail-oriented, organized approach and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.A customer-first mindset and a talent for teaching and sharing knowledge.Nice to HavePost-secondary technical training.Experience with Husqvarna equipment.SAP experience.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a normal office environment with frequent computer and phone use, plus occasional exposure to job sites and manufacturing settings.Husqvarna is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to providing equal opportunity in all of our employment practices, including selection, hiring, assignment, re-assignment, promotion, transfer, compensation, discipline and termination.
