Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Public Finance Associate or Senior Associate in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in public finance, including tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions. Experience in commercial real estate, federal tax, or energy/solar sectors is advantageous. Duties Advise on tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions. Collaborate with clients as bond counsel, issuer's counsel, or company counsel. Engage in commercial real estate and federal tax matters. Contribute to energy and solar-related projects. Requirements 3+ years of public finance experience. Proficiency in tax-exempt bond issuances and tax incentive transactions. Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills. Excellent academic credentials required. Relevant legal certifications preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
