Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Forklift OperatorThis position fills orders by selecting specified items from different areas in distribution center. Indicates items filled or omitted. Moves merchandise manually from one location to another. May process returned merchandise.Key Responsibilities:Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting specified items from various locations within the distribution center.Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process.Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.Securing loads to the machine before transportation.Inspecting for damages to vehicles.Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.Operating and managing technical equipmentManaging inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.Identifying workplace safety hazards.Minimum Basic Qualification:High school diploma or GED.Minimum of 1 year of related experience.Valid fork-lifting certificate.Excellent hand-eye coordination.Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.Good physical condition.Desired Characteristics:Mathematical aptitude.Good organizational skills.Attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication.Travel Requirements: n/aCurrently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
