Position: Business Process Analyst II/III – Health, Safety & Environmental

Location: Tulsa, OK

Employment Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives by analyzing business processes, interpreting data, improving workflows, and translating regulatory and operational information into actionable business insights.

The role involves collaborating with HSE, Operations, Engineering, IT, Business Transformation, and Data Analytics teams to support process improvement, reporting, data visualization, regulatory awareness, and organizational change.

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience

* Experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, business analysis, or related areas

* Strong experience analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities

* Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, and workflow designs

* Experience with performance metrics, reporting, data visualization, and business insights

* Ability to interpret and validate data from multiple systems

* Experience supporting dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

* Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills

* Experience supporting change management and stakeholder engagement

* Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Access, Oracle, or similar tools is preferred

* Experience with process mapping and value stream mapping is preferred

* HSE, Operations, Engineering, Energy, Utilities, or other regulated/asset-intensive industry experience is preferred

* Familiarity with environmental compliance, regulatory tracking, safety leading indicators, incident management, or concern reporting is preferred

* Experience with Power BI, Excel, Databricks, Safety Radar, Maximo, or similar platforms is preferred
