# Grounds Laborer## Job DetailsLee Canyon Resort - Las Vegas, NVSeasonal## Description**Position Overview:** Laborers support the day-to-day operations of the resort through hands-on construction, maintenance, and snow removal tasks. This role is physically demanding and requires individuals with proven experience in labor-intensive work such as shoveling, material handling, or construction. Laborers help ensure a safe and functional environment for both staff and guests by keeping resort facilities and grounds maintained year-round.**Duties & Responsibilities:*** Perform heavy physical labor including shoveling snow, raking, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.* Assist with construction and maintenance projects around resort facilities and grounds.* Support snow and ice management efforts, including shoveling walkways, stairs, roofs, and other areas.* Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment.* Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety for staff and guests.* Follow instructions from supervisors and complete daily assignments efficiently.* Report safety concerns, hazards, or equipment issues promptly.* Complete daily logs or reports as required.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Must be at least 18 years of age.* Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or other physically demanding roles is required.* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, especially snow and ice.* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.* Dependable, hard-working, and safety-minded.**Work Environment & Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects up to 75 lbs.* Ability to perform strenuous physical activity for long periods, including bending, shoveling, and standing.* Must be able to work in extreme cold, snow, and high winds.* Comfortable working at high altitudes for extended periods.* Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for resort operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
