Physical Therapist Job Opening at Tri-Parish Therapy Group

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Tri-Parish Therapy Group in Lake Charles, LA. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients by providing high-quality therapy services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement and monitor therapeutic exercises and activities

Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention and at-home exercises

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Louisiana

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred

Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
