What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and design personalized treatment programs using evidence-based techniques
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions for a range of orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurological conditions
• Educate patients and families on home care exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation using EMRs
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and collaborate with referring physicians
• Contribute to a positive clinical environment that encourages teamwork and trust

What We're Looking For

Education & Credentials

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Louisiana PT license
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with diverse patient populations
• Eager to learn and contribute to clinic improvements
• Familiar with outpatient orthopedic therapy; new grads encouraged to apply
