Location: Villa Maria Retirement Center - Assisted Living / Independent Living Community with On-Site Outpatient Clinic

Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Villa Maria Retirement Center in beautiful Lake Charles. This is a full-time opportunity working in a supportive AL/IL community with an on-site outpatient clinic , allowing you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For


✓ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
✓ Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana
✓ Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes
