Technical Support Specialist I - Frontline IT Troubleshooter

Scarlett Group in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Technical Support Specialist I to join our Support team as a front-line resource for clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys troubleshooting and helping people.
On-site, local candidates only, with hourly pay and benefits. You will provide first-level support for hardware, software, peripherals, and basic network connectivity, document incidents in the ticketing system, and escalate issues as needed.
